FAQ // WILL AMACUS INTEGRATE WITH MY EXISTING SYSTEMS?

Yes. Amacus operates like a web-based widget that bolts onto your existing systems via Boomi's award winning data integration Platform-as-a-Service.

Add a prospect to your Salesforce CRM systems, and it appears in Amacus. Edit the record in Amacus, and the edits appear in Salesforce CRM. Pass ownership of a prospect from one salesperson to another, in either system and the other system is automatically updated. It can ingest data from any legacy system. Such data helps Sales Reps service interested prospects faster and more effectively.

Such two-way synchronization is as simple as entering the Salesforce CRM and Amacus credentials for each of your Amacus users. With that, whenever a synchronized field is changed in either system, the changes are passed to the other.
